Clinical applications of Roxolid® small diameter implants
A rule of thumb is to place the largest diameter implant possible when treatment planning. However, clinicians sometimes face the challenge where larger diameter implants cannot be placed. Examples of such clinical situations are:
- Narrow interdental space
- Thin alveolar ridge
- Congenitally missing lateral incisors
Roxolid® is designed to provide you greater confidence when placing smaller diameter implants.
Roxolid® implants are available with an endosteal diameter of 3.3mm and with the SLActive® surface.
